Shipping Policy for SkinCare Simply

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days) – Free for orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days) – $7.99

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or inclement weather.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Skin Care Simply.store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
